We at FIRMUN aspire to make changes that are required to move forward, to alleviate vices like terrorism, to find solutions to alarming economic, environmental and social problems, and most importantly, to respect the integrity and sovereignty of every nation. There is nothing better than a combination of fruitful debates and enjoyment of its success among people who are ready to share their ideas.

Security Council: 10/03/2017, 18:00
Please, notice that applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

This time there are two Organs Being Simulated (OBS) in English:
- Security Council (SC), which Agenda is:
a) Cybersecurity and the Threat of Cyberwarfare
b) Growing Influence of European Refugee Crisis on Security and Stability in the Region

ATTENTION! This year, we take FIRMUN on a new level. We’ve decided to create the strongest Security Council ever! For this purpose, we have a special selection procedure in the Security Council.
Firstly, deadline for application for the Security Council is the 10th of March 2017, 18:00.
Secondly, there will be different tasks for those applying as a Permanent and a Non-Permanent Member (provide a position of the country for which Delegate is applying in a specific given situation). Delegates will be chosen according to the results of provided position.
The task for a Permanent Member will be send to Applying Delegates at 10.00 a.m. on Sunday, 12 of March 2017. The task for a Non-Permanent Member will be send to Applying Delegates at 10.00 a.m. on Saturday, 11 of March 2017. The deadline for task to be submitted is 10.00 of 13 of March.
Please, notice that applications of Delegates who fail to submit fulfilled task will not be considered, as well as tasks submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
The FIRMUN Organizing Committee is the final body to determine results and appoint Delegates for countries upon the evaluation of the task fulfilled. Those not being accepted to the Security Council will be transferred to Economic and Social Council which is held in English as well.
- Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), which Agenda is:
a) Transfer of Technology for Providing Renewable Energy Systems to Developing Countries
b) Achieving Social Stability in Europe: Combating Negative Perception of Refugees and Asylum Seekers
