In 2001, he graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University.

2004–2008 – Lecturer at the Department of International Private and European Law at the Belarusian State University.

2008–2021 – Senior Lecturer, Department of International Private and European Law, Belarusian State University.

Since 2021 – Senior Lecturer at the Department of Eurasian Studies and the Department of Public Administration (part-time) of the Belarusian State University.

Since 2025 - Senior Lecturer at the Department of International Law

Research interests: international economic and trade law, dispute resolution, foreign investment, corporate law, competition law, information technology law and personal data protection, tax and customs law.

Author and co-author of over 50 scientific publications.
