Yulia Sinyavskaya

Since 2008, has been a teacher of Spanish and Portuguese at the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University in the specialties of International Relations, International Law and International Tourism Management. Conducts seminars on the course "Theory and Practice of Translation".

Supervises students' course projects on the theory and practice of translation, and also supervises students' scientific papers in their preparation for a scientific and practical conference, international competitions. Has more than 20 scientific publications, including author's textbooks for students studying Spanish and Portuguese. She was repeatedly a member of the commission for conducting state exams in Spanish and Portuguese at the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University. Regularly takes part in webinars and conferences on topical issues of teaching foreign languages.

In 2021, entered the Master's program of the Belarusian State University with a degree in Management of Mass Events. In 2022 defended her Master's thesis "The specifics of the functioning of the MICE industry in Latin America in the context of current trends and challenges: theoretical and practical aspects (on the example of Argentina, Brazil, Panama)".

Currently, is a postgraduate student in the specialty "World Economy" of the Belarusian State University.

Sphere of scientific interests - business tourism, geography of tourism, competitiveness of tourist destinations, MICE industry in Latin America, formation of communicative competence, innovative methods of teaching a foreign language, distance learning, psychology of learning a foreign language, linguistics, culture of Spain, Latin America.
