Svetlana Loseva

Graduated from Minsk State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages (currently MSLU) in 1994. Speaks Italian and English.

1994-2009 – interpreter in representative offices of Italian companies in Belarus (F.lli Campagnolo S.p.A., Novyj Prospekt).

2010-2016 - Senior Lecturer at the Department of Theory and Practice of Translation of the Private Educational Institution "Institute of Entrepreneurship".

Since 2015 is a lecturer at the Department of Romance Languages ​​of the Faculty of International Relations. Italian teacher in the specialties "World Economy", "Management in the field of international tourism", "International Law".

Since 2018 is responsible for the educational and methodological work of the department. Developed an experimental curriculum for the discipline "Theory and Practice of Translation" using distance learning.

Internships:

Italy - 1993-1995 (Pesaro), 2012 (Gessate), 2013 (Bologna), 2017, 2019 (Milano).

Research interests: current problems of translation, problems of intercultural communication, psycholinguistics.

Volunteer of the public association "Help". A leader-translator of rehabilitation children's groups  in Italy.
