Brief information In 2000 graduated from the Faculty of International Relations, Department of International Law (BSU). From 2000 to 2004 had been studying at postgraduate course at the Department of International Law of the Faculty of International Relations. Since 2005 works at the Department of International Law. From 2015 to 2018, she was a Head of the Information Point of the Council of Europe in Minsk. From 2018 to January 2019, held a position of Head of the BSU International Relations Office. Currently holds a position of Head of the International Relations Department - Deputy Head of the Main Department of Environmental Policy, International Cooperation and Science of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus. Ms Lukina is an Operational Focal Point of the Global Environmental Facility in the Republic of Belarus, a member of the Committee on Environmental Policy of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, a member of the bureau of the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context (Espoo Convention) etc. Since August 2021 – National Contact Point of the “HORIZON EUROPE” Framework Programme for Cluster “Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment”. Speaks English and French. Internships, Trainings: Institute of International Law, Private International Law, European Law and International Arbitration by T. Asser (Hague, Netherlands, 2001), The Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (Lund, Sweden, 2016), Online course «Gender mainstreaming» (Human rights campus (humanrightscampus.org), 2017 г.) Field of research: International legal mechanisms for ensuring interstate cooperation (Eurasian region), international and European environmental law, international economic law (WTO). Research and other professional activities: Authored more than 30 scientific publications (including 1 collective monograph, as well as co-authored publication “International Public Law. Practicum”, stamped by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus) on codification mechanism of the Council of Europe, cooperation mechanisms, as well as the monitoring mechanism within this organization, participation of the Republic of Belarus in the activities of the Council of Europe, the legal regime of the WTO, issues of intellectual property legal regulation. Ms Lukina has experience in training student teams for participation in international simulation competitions in international law. Served as a judge of international student competitions Telders International Law Moot Court Competition (international rounds) and Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (national rounds). One of the founding members of the Students' Club INTERNATIONAL LAW HOUSE. Awards and honors: Acknowledgement of BSU (2016) |
