Lubov I. Tararyshkina

Graduated from the Minsk Financial and Economic College, Belarusian National Technical University. PhD in Economics (2002), Associate Professor (2006). Has experience of work at a machine-building enterprise, in financial system and in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus. Experience in higher education system (Bachelor and Master degrees) - since 1999.

32 Master Theses in Economics, including 4 Master Theses of foreigners (3 from China, 1 from Tajikistan) were written and approved under her supervision. She was a reviewer of scientific researches in economic sphere and an opponent for 6 PhD in Economics Theses.

Improved her qualification at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus and State Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of Personnel of Customs Bodies of the Republic of Belarus. Took educational courses and participated in seminars conducted by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) - Copenhagen (Denmark), Ankara (Turkey) and the United Vienna Institute (Vienna, Austria) confirmed by certificates, participated in seminars held within the framework of joint projects of the UNDP in the Republic of Belarus, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, etc.

Participated in the work of the Advisory Committee on Tax Policy and Administration (Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated 15.03.12 No. 13) and the Advisory Committee on Customs Regulation (Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated 08.23.12 No. 137). Member of the work and expert groups and negotiation process on the development of the legal framework, concepts and programs of integration associations (the Union State of Belarus and Russia, the Customs Union, the Eurasian Economic Union), mechanisms for implementing the provisions of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014.

Has the title of Excellent worker of the financial system (2007). Awarded with diplomas of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus, Honorary Diploma of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus (2009), Diploma of the Commission of the Customs Union of the EurAsEC (2010), Medal of the Commission of the Customs Union of the EurAsEC "For Contribution to the Formation of the Customs Union of the EurAsEC" (2012), Honorary Diploma of the Eurasian Economic Commission (2014), etc. In 2015, the Gratitude of the President of the Republic of Belarus was announced, in 2020 - the Gratitude of the Rector of the Belarusian State University. In the competition for the best supervisor and organizer of the students research work based on the results of 2017-2019 the Third Prize was awarded in the nomination “Personal contribution to the organization of scientific and research work of students and postgraduate students in the Department” (Order of the Rector of BSU dated 10.04.2020 No. 88-PK). In 2022, she was awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus for many years of creative scientific and pedagogical activity, successful management of the scientific work of the winners of the XXVIII Republican competition of scientific works of students.

Over 150 scientific papers have been published during the scientific activity, 17 standard and educational programs, 4 EUMK have been developed, 28 teaching aids have been prepared and published, including 2 textbooks, 6 study guides and 1 workshop with the stamp of the Ministry of Education, 2 manuals with the stamp of the Educational and Methodological Association on humanitarian education, 1 encyclopedic reference book, 2 workshops, 1 reference guide, 17 manuals.

Research interests: foreign economic activity, foreign trade finance, international finance, international economic relations, regional integration, customs and customs regulation, tax and customs tariff regulation, customs payments, free economic zones, industry economy.

01.21.2019 – 02.01.2019 – advanced training course on the basis of the State Educational Establishment " National Institute for Higher Education" under the program "Smart Technologies in Education". (Certificate of advanced training No. 3183352).
