Тема лекции: Challenges to the EU crisis resolution mechanism in Estonia.
Dr Carri Ginter LLM, from University of Tartu (Estonia) who acted as an expert in the Estonian Supreme Court, will explain the legal background and problems concerning the ESM treaty created to solve the Euro crisis and give an explanation of the legal context and address differences between the decisions of the German, Estonian and European courts.
