Young Leaders Forum (FIR BSU) is seeking applications to participate in the intense two-day “Young Leaders Training: Turning Ideas into Reality”. This programme enables young leaders to strengthen their leadership capacities in order to contribute to innovation and change in their organizations/communities/society, with a core focus on values, leadership and team work.
During the two-day training the selected young leaders will come together as a team to turn their ideas into real-life projects. Students will learn specific strategies and practices they can implement to help them achieve success in implementing projects from inception to completion.
Up to 20 successful candidates should have a demonstrated potential for impact, a clear commitment to integrity, and a commitment to stay engaged with the project they launch throughout a 12-week period. After a 12-week period teams will meet to present their projects results.
We are interested in talented individuals who are on the right trajectory at earlier stages of their journey!
The two-day programme includes advanced training, mentorship, transportation, accommodation and meals.
- Students of International Relations Faculty of the Belarusian State University (2nd year and above)
- Between 18 and 25 years old
- Good proficiency in English
- Demonstrating strong leadership abilities and a commitment to advancing the common good
