Brief information

In 2004 graduated from the Faculty of International Relations, Department of International Law (BSU). From 2004 to 2007 has been studying at postgraduate course at the Department of International Law of the Faculty of International Relations. Since 2007 works at the Department of International Law. In 2009 defended PhD thesis «International  Responsibility of International Organizations for wrongful acts» in the specialty 12.00.10 — «International Law, European Law». In 2014 awarded the academic title «Associate professor» in Law.

Speaks English and Italian.

Field of  research:  Law of International Responsibility, transformation of international legal order, SDGs and international law, business and human rights, teaching and research  methodology in international law

Research and other professional activities:

Authored more than 50 publications, dedicated to different aspects of international legal responsibility, as well as other current issues of international public law.

Supervisor of research project «International legal order and its transformation in contemporary world» (2016-2020), which is performed at the International law department.

Consultant on research methodology in the Human rights center of FIR BSU

One of  founders and  coach of the Students' Club INTERNATIONAL LAW HOUSE

Certified ODIHR/OSCE trainer of adult education in human rights
