Graduated from the Faculty of International Relations and postgraduate studies of BSU. In 2014 successfully defended PhD thesis "Unilateral Acts of States in International Law" (in the specialty 12.00.10 — «International Law, European Law».). Works at the Department of International Law since 2009.

Field of research interests – normative system of international law, problematic issues of the sources of international law, the right of peoples to self-determination, methodology of human rights education and research.

Authored about 60 publications on the theory and the use of unilateral acts of states in international law, the right of peoples to self-determination, the settlement of international environmental disputes.

Member of the working group of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus on the review of educational programmes on human rigths

Since 2006 has been coaching students, who take part in international competitions in International Law.
Presided as a judge of international students competitions: Telders International Law Moot Court Competition (international rounds) and Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (national and international rounds)
